  • Work a Walk...

    Without volunteers, the walks would not be possible. You can come back to facility to serve as a volunteer for a couple of hours - or the entire weekend - whatever fits your schedule. Volunteers Hosts are on duty at each walk, anxious to make your experience meaningful, fun and rewarding. If you're not sure what to do - just ask !

New Life Emmaus Community Gatherings are held each month.

Come and share in a potluck meal along with music, fellowship and communion.

  • Tuesday, March 18- Gathering Date  @ 6:30 pm at Wesley Memorial UMC in Decatur . Come and bring a dish to share.
  • Saturday, March 29- Vespers  @ 5:00pm to RSVP 

What is Vespers? Vespers is perhaps the most ancient part of the daily office, and is the evening prayer service of thanksgiving and praise.

New Life Emmaus Board would like to open the to participate in Vespers at Sacred Heart in Cullman as a community. If you would like to participate in this prayer service, and will be attending please contact Tim Mckelvey and RSVP above. Since this is a community invitation, RSVP will be needed to allow the sisters to prepare booklets for all. What a great opportunity!For more information check out the Benedictine Website.

  • Saturday, April 26th- “A New Life Celebration”  @ 5:30pm   at Ford’s Chapel.

* as you notice Gatherings will be on Tuesdays in 2014 and at different locations, this will allow pilgrims at different locations to participate.
